The rules
Each player takes a set number of tiles and builds their own grid.
There are no turns — everyone works simultaneously.
Calling 'peel' when you have used all your tiles makes every player draw one more.
You may rearrange your entire grid at any point.
When the pool is empty, the first player to place all their tiles calls 'bananas' and wins.
